Referral programme
Enjoying your SPOLUM Drum? Pass the joy on. A person who uses your personal referral code when ordering receives one extra mallet as a gift. You gradually move closer to a free drum.
How the programme works
- Find your code. After signing in, you will see it in your account under Referral programme. You can change the code to your own unique word or name.
- Share it with someone who might enjoy a drum. When ordering, they enter the code in the “Discount or referral code” field.
- The new customer receives a gift. One extra mallet is added to the order free of charge.
- The purchase counts only after delivery and once 16 days have passed. During this time the customer can return the goods. Returned drums do not count.
- You receive a reward for five confirmed drums. In your account, you create a personal coupon for a Spiral of Harmony Chakra Drum, which normally costs 5 000 Kč. You receive the drum free of charge and pay only the usual shipping cost.
What counts
Each paid drum eligible for the referral programme counts. It does not matter whether five different people buy five drums or all five are in a single order. You cannot use your own code for your own purchase.
Everything under your control
In your account you can see confirmed drums, purchases awaiting delivery or confirmation, and available rewards. Buyers' personal data is not displayed to you.
Customer videos
For an approved original video with your permission, choose either a one-time 1,000 Kč coupon for one paid eligible drum or one confirmed drum in the ordinary referral programme. These rewards cannot be combined. Creators with a separate agreement can choose the coupon; their sales follow their agreement.
The reward is a Spiral of Harmony drum. If it is out of stock, you may choose any available small drum from the painted or plain-colour chakra drum categories. One coupon gives you one drum free of charge; standard shipping remains payable.
