Shipping and Payment
Shipping
We display available carriers, collection points and delivery to an address according to the country and the parcel's dimensions and weight. You will always see the final shipping price and any payment surcharge in the basket before submitting a binding order.
- courier delivery to an address — approximately 1 to 3 working days after dispatch,
- delivery to an offered collection point — approximately 1 to 3 working days after dispatch,
- standard international shipping — usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch; the exact range and price are shown at checkout.
We deliver only to countries and areas available at checkout. If a carrier does not serve the area or the shipment does not meet transport or legal conditions, that method cannot be selected. For shipments outside the EU, the recipient may have to pay local duties, taxes or administrative fees.
Collection in person
Main warehouse: Neveklovice 44, 294 13 Neveklovice. The warehouse is not a regularly open shop; collection is possible only when offered in the order and the time has been confirmed in advance.
Payment
Depending on the order, checkout may offer online card payment through a secure payment gateway, bank or QR payment and cash on delivery. You enter sensitive card details directly with the payment service provider; the SPOLUM Drum online shop does not store them. For payment in advance, we dispatch after the full amount has been credited.
The Seller is not registered for VAT. Displayed prices are final.
Secure online payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where card payment through GoPay is offered, you enter your card details directly in GoPay's secure interface; the online shop does not store them.
