Shipping and Payment

Shipping

Available carriers, pickup points and delivery-to-address options depend on the destination, parcel dimensions and weight. The final shipping price and any payment surcharge are always shown in the basket before you submit a binding order.

  • courier delivery to an address — usually 1–3 working days after dispatch,
  • delivery to an offered pickup point — usually 1–3 working days after dispatch,
  • standard international delivery — usually 2–5 working days after dispatch; the exact range and price are shown at checkout.

We deliver only to countries and areas offered at checkout. A method cannot be selected where a carrier does not serve the area or the parcel does not meet transport or legal conditions. For shipments outside the EU, the recipient may have to pay local duties, taxes or administrative fees.

Collection

Main warehouse: Neveklovice 44, 294 13 Neveklovice. The warehouse is not a regularly open shop. Collection is possible only when offered in the order and the time has been confirmed in advance.

Payment

Depending on the order, checkout may offer secure online card payment, bank or QR payment and cash on delivery. Sensitive card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by the SPOLUM Drum shop. Orders paid in advance are dispatched after the full amount has been credited. The Seller is not registered for VAT; displayed prices are final.
