Seriousness is our priority, and we are fully aware of our responsibilities in managing the data you provide. We respect customer privacy and collect your data solely to ensure we can deliver our services with the highest quality. Spolum.eu handles personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., and customer information is stored in compliance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic (in particular, with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended by subsequent supplements and regulations). Spolum.eu is a registered personal data controller. Without the express consent of customers, Spolum.eu handles their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, particularly in Section 5, Subsection 2(b) and Section 5, Subsection 6. Spolum.eu is thus both the seller for fulfilling all obligations from the purchase contract and the controller of your personal data.

Customers' personal data is fully secured against misuse

Your data will be secured by law and used solely for communication between the seller and the buyer. Personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling ordered services (e.g., product delivery) and also serves to carry out necessary accounting operations, issue a tax document, or identify your payment made by bank transfer. Personal data is stored on backed-up and secured servers. Spolum.eu is, according to Section 5, Subsection 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act, authorized to use the subject's name, surname, and address for offering business and services, as a controller of their personal data obtained in connection with its activities. By becoming a customer of any of Spolum.eu's online stores, you acknowledge all the information regarding the processing and storing of your personal data as stated here by your conscious registration or submission of an order.

Storage of personal data

When placing an order, the customer provides the following personal data: Name, surname, or company name (if the customer is purchasing under a business identification number), name and surname of the contact person for delivery and receipt of goods or in the case of creating an order for another person who will receive the goods, billing address (street and house number, city and postal code, country), and phone/mobile number and email address.

If the customer requests the goods to be delivered to a different address than the billing address, they will also provide the delivery address (street and house number, city and postal code, country) and, if applicable, the name of the person or company that will receive the goods, or the name of the contact person in case of delivery to a company, and phone number. All these details may be identical to the previously provided billing information.

All these details are necessary for the complete processing of the order and for the proper delivery of the ordered goods. When completing the order, the customer confirms that they have been duly informed of the terms and conditions and simultaneously acknowledges the processing of their personal data.

After processing the order, Spolum.eu continues to store the customer's personal data, mainly for invoicing and warranty purposes. These details include the billing information: Name, surname, or company name (if the customer is purchasing under a business identification number), name and surname of the contact person for delivery and receipt of goods, or in the case of creating an order for another person who will receive the goods, billing address (street and house number, city and postal code, country), and phone/mobile number and email address. This personal data is retained for Spolum.eu's legal obligations and to the extent required by law, and cannot be deleted or destroyed for several years after the order is completed.

Spolum.eu may use the customer's provided information, including name, surname, phone/mobile number, and email address, for sending related marketing materials or informing the customer about new products, promotions, or discounts.

After the ordered goods have been delivered and received by the customer, Spolum.eu does not transfer any personal data to third parties, except when requested by law enforcement agencies of the Czech Republic for investigative purposes in criminal law matters.

Spolum.eu retains customers' personal data for at least 3 years in an extended range (identification, address, contact data, and possibly other optional data) to fulfill warranty and complaint obligations, and for at least 10 years in a minimal range (identification and address data) to fulfill legislative obligations (especially accounting and archival) from the moment the personal data is provided. If the customer does not request the removal of their personal data from Spolum.eu's records after this period, it will be retained for another 10 years.

Customers can express their disagreement with the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time to Spolum.eu. In such a case, the customer can contact customer support, preferably using the contact information provided on the website of the online store where the order was placed. Based on this request, Spolum.eu will no longer process the customer's personal data, except for purposes required by Czech legislation or the legitimate interest of the controller.

Customers can change some of their provided personal data at any time by contacting the customer support line of the online store where the order was placed, or in the case of registered customers, by directly changing this information on the website of the online store after logging into their account. Access credentials to the account are sent to the customer in a secure form after registration to the provided and completed email address.

All the data you provide in our stores is confidential and is never shared with other entities outside of Spolum.eu, with the exception of external carriers, to whom customers' personal data is provided in the minimal amount necessary for smooth delivery of goods, partners ensuring payment processing, such as banks and credit companies, or online payment method providers, but always only within the scope of one specific payment using these services and exclusively within the limits of the Personal Data Protection Act.
